I have attempted to:
1.) Eat Healthier
2.) Start Working Out
3.) Increase My Water Intake
So far, I haven't really accomplished any of them. I am naturally a very motivated, organized person but I just can't seem to muster up the energy and will to start a routine and stick with it.
Any suggestions?

I wasn't much good at any of these 3 things..., what spelled it out for me was honestly, #2 and 3.
ReplyDeleteI have a bad back but I did push ups at the kitchen sink (my arms looked pretty good by the wedding); deep knee bends before bed..., and I fit pretty well in my wedding weekend clothes;;/....
and the water. Boring. I hat just drinking water. But your skin will thank you. (You will most likely lose some weight too,) but your skin will look fantastic in photos! Drink more than you think you could possibly..., and then a little more, and you will be surprised at how good your skin looks! (yes, the peeing is annoying, but even that you get used to!!!)
